RBHC is currently in the construction phase of 34 two-story condominium units and 4 one-story Villa condominium units in Seekonk, MA.  Each two-story unit is comprised of approximately 1,630 sf of living space with a one car attached garage  and the villa units are comprised of approximately 1,550 sf of living space with a one car attached garage.  All units are furnished throughout with hardwood floors, tile flooring in the bathrooms

Medical Office Conversion

RBHC is currently in the construction phase of converting an existing building in Providence, RI to medical offices.  The offices are to house Primary and Urgent Care, Radiology and Dermatology.

The Plex @ Quonset Point

RBHC is in the design stages for a state of the art 100,000 sq. ft. indoor sports complex in Quonset Point, RI.  The complex will consist of boarded and unboarded artificial turf playing field and sport courts, in addition to facilities for Physical Therapy, a 7,000 sq. ft. Gym, Pro Shop, and Cafe.
