Hugh Vaughan, principal of R. B. Hughes Corporation, has been in the construction business for more than 35 years. He successfully established the firm with his degrees in engineering and architecture, as well as certification as a Registered Professional Engineer in four New England states; Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, and Connecticut. This "foundation" has allowed our company to compete successfully in the construction market.

Ryan and Brad Vaughan, both officers of the company, grew up in and around the construction industry, and joined the firm as project managers in 1994 and 1997 respectively. Both are heavily involved in the company’s day to day operations, from managing workers in the field, to estimating potential new projects. The foundation which was created by Hugh Vaughan has now been built upon by his two sons, allowing the company to meet the construction challenges of the future.
