George Washington Medical Office Building The George Washington Medical Office Building, situated in Lincoln, Rhode Island, on George Washington Highway (Rt. 116), brings together many highly accomplished professionals under one roof, including: Primary Care, Urgent Care, Radiology, Physical Therapy, and Allergy, and has proven to be exciting and fulfilling project. Currently, the building is receiving its finishing touches in anticipation of project completion and tenant occupancy. Construction consists of a Kirby pre-engineered steel frame and standing seam metal roof. The exterior facade consists of a combination of brick and EIFS (exterior insulation finish system). The building is 2 stories totaling 29,400 sf.

By forming a design / build team with the owners, we were able to formulate a design that was cost effective, esthetically pleasing, and logistically well planned, allowing for an efficient business flow, with many different practices at work.

The Linden Tree Medical Center, which was built in
conjunction with Charlton Memorial Hospital of Fall River, is a unique facility
that was designed
to allow individual doctors to "rent sessions". These rented sessions give
doctors access to offices, exam rooms, a waiting/reception area, medical
equipment, a laboratory, and billing, eliminating their need to build their own
space.
Dr. Marguerite Vigliani, a local Obstetrician and Gynecologist,
enlisted our services to help her move her practice to a new location. The new
space, which was an existing office suite, required full demolition and
renovation to accommodate her practice. We handled all aspects of the project,
from design to construction. Working under heavy time constraints, we delivered
the project a week early and on budget.
