The Floor Center consist of approximately 17,136 sf and houses both a carpet warehouse showroom space and administrative offices. The construction consists of a Kirby pre-engineered steel frame with a standing seam roof, insulated metal sandwich panels and EIFS front facade. The Floor Center project was done simultaneously with the First Acura project.
