Gripnail Corporation, a manufacturer of fastening products for HVAC systems, was outgrowing its existing rented space and decided to move to a new location that they had recently purchased.

Their was an existing metal building on the site, which was renovated; 5,000 square feet of office space and 10,000 square feet of manufacturing space. To accommodate their additional production requirements we designed and built a 15,000 square foot metal building addition.
